DESCRIPTION:Heat pumps are the most efficient heating and cooling systems on the market today.  Join friends and neighbours in this interactive virtual webinar and learn what a heat pump is\, what the benefits are\, and what rebates and financing offers are available to help you upgrade your heating system. \n Topics covered: \n\nWhat is a Heat Pump and how does it work?\nWhat are the benefits of a Heat Pump?\nWhat should you consider when buying a Heat Pump?\nWhat rebates and financing offers are available?\nAdvice and tips for hiring a Contractor.\nWhat to expect after a heat pump is installed.\nWhat resources are available if you have more questions?\n\nThe webinar will be approximately 1 hour long.  Participants must sign up for this webinar; the meeting ID and password will be sent out with the sign up confirmation.  Space is limited\, seats available on a first-come first-served basis. \nIt will be presented via Zoom\, a virtual meeting platform.  Note that the first 5 minutes of the workshop will be covering basic technology tools related to the webinar.
