Welcome!  Signing up for the program allows us get to know you, your home, and your goals so that we can customize supports for you throughout your retrofit journey. Whether you are just starting, or halfway through, we are here to help.

After your home energy consultation, you will receive a Home Energy Navigator Report that summarizes your conversation with the Energy Expert and your Energy Concierge will follow up to provide ongoing support.

Home Energy Navigator Program Sign-Up Form

Complete this form to connect with an Energy Concierge and join the program. This form is designed to assess your goals and motivations for improving your home and to help identify any issues or concerns which could be resolved by completing home energy improvements. Your Energy Concierge will use this information to provide customized support throughout your participation in the program.

It will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.

If you have any questions about upgrades or rebates, just connect with your Energy Concierge by selecting where you think you’re on in the Retrofit Roadmap and we’ll help you out.

How it works

Tell us about your home, your goals, and why you are pursuing upgrades.  The consultation is the first step in your retrofit journey.

You will be contacted by your Energy Concierge to schedule an appointment for your consultation.

An Energy Concierge is your personal navigator in your home retrofit journey; they will help you find the answers you seek, aid you in making informed decisions, and assist you in understanding rebates in British Columbia throughout your retrofit journey.

Your Energy Expert has a 1-on-1 conversation about your home with you based on the intake form you provided.

An Energy Expert is trained and experienced in building energy audits and technology and will provide personalized advice and support.

A few days after your home energy consultation you will receive a report that summarizes the results of your conversation with the Energy Expert to support taking your next steps in your retrofit journey! Your Energy Concierge is available to review the report with you and will be available throughout your retrofit journey.
