We’ve had our energy efficient windows and central ducted heat pump for one year. The south-facing rooms of the house are no longer sweltering all summer, and the frames of the windows don’t get frost on the inside in the winter.

Overall, we’re much more comfortable. Home Energy Navigator was very helpful in ensuring we qualified for various grants and loans that can be otherwise difficult to steer through. It was good to have someone confirm our own research and understanding of the different programs. It made the whole process less stressful.
