How it works

Make sure you’ve registered for the program and have connected with an Energy Concierge.  This offer is available to participants within the City of Vancouver and is a limited time offer available on a first-come, first-served basis.

You will need to have a few pieces of information before you begin:

The intake form asks about key information your Energy Concierge will use to develop your Electrical Panel Retrofit Guide document.  If you have questions about the contents of the form or need help, reach out to us at either 1.866.381.9995 or info@homeenergynav.ca.

Once your form is submitted, we’ll prepare your Electrical Panel Retrofit Guide and contact you with any additional questions or clarifications.

The Electrical Panel Retrofit Guide is a useful tool in planning how to approach electrification in your home, avoid costly electrical panel upgrades, and provide information you can take to an electrician to help make sure you’re asking the right questions.
